^Because I have clicked it on both my PSP and computer, and it did not work for either one.

....weird.... it runs on my pc....or you need a WinRAR and an emulator.....

I have WinRAR and an emulator >_> I'm the mod of the Hax0ring form, it'd be pretty dumb if I didn't have it. What I can't do is download your file, because the link is dead.

EDIT 2: Okay, my concerns:
- The palettes just don't work. No other way for me to put it.
- You seem to have an obsession with S monitors. It's well and good if you hide one in a level for fun, but you seem to expect the player to use Hyper forms to ignore every obstacle you placed down.
- Your changes to level desgin consist of lots of flat sections with no objects or slopes whatsoever.
