I dont think so.Iv been posting faster times then some of douglas's wich dropped his percetage down and brougth up mine

And actually i think iv been affected by the bug already(Dropped my rank down to 4th then back to 2nd again)

Samething happened to me in sonic adv 2.
I had 141p and when I submitted a faster time it whent up to 176p

WTF is up?
