What is the glitch in Sky Sanctuary that gives you the small times? I managed to hunt down Sprint's video, but it doesn't work on my computer?

Get that and you should be able to see the videos.

Sky Sanctuary is a level that vertically wraps.  By looking down in the right spot, you can trick the game into thinking that one part of the level, which normally awards you a kill for hitting it, is just another line in freeform space, and by jumping out of the duck you'll fall straight through it without dying.  This puts you close to the final boss, completely skipping the first two.
