Just curious...how did you find The Sonic Center?

SuperSonic101 gave me the URL, joined the same day. Also out of curiosity, what's my member No., I can't seem to find it anywhere *is aware that it is probably sitting under his nose and hasn't noticed*

I found this site when Cybrax posted a topic to it at GameFAQs, I think. Either that or he told me on AIM.

I can remember the story:

On the SA2B board, Rusty was looking for players to join the "SA Elite", which consisted of players playing SA or SA2 on either system. Each Elite member had their own site which had their times, something Rolken considered a waste of space. He came to said topic and suggested an idea for what was to become TSC. Now look at it! :)

As a footnote, during the site's humble beginnings, links to each player's Elite page were available (for the SA2 players, at least). Interestingly, I didn't "join" TSC as such, I'm quite sure someone made my account and posted my SA2B times, probably Rusty, given he started the Elite.

GameFAQs. Brian actually posted a topic stating his "Best Times". I totalled his DEZ in Sonic 2 time, and he and Rusty cried foul. For shame.

Well, the story of how I got here is kind of long, IF you go into detail, which I won't. I was a big fan of TSS/SSMB, so I checked the temp home page often, then it mentioned a "SAGEFest", which was hosted by the hostie (broadcaster) the first day, then Rolken offered to host it on his giant connection/"pipe". He accepted and That was where the remander of the SAGECasts were hosted. (The "birth"/"making" of "Sonic Radio) I got interested in the site (more of the message board/radio page than the site). So, since Rolken was somehow affiliated with TSS, I got here.

I found it after I had received word that the old domain had been registered.

That was back in the OLD days, and the details of those days are probably painful for you to hear.

Well... I was submitting fake SA2 times at Cyberscore.net and SM caught me.
I guess I was just scared that I wasn't as good as I though I was. Anyway, He proved me wrong (that does good for his ego :P) then showed me this site. and hey! I'm not really that bad afterall :D
