No special stages charts on Sonic 3D Blast?

Just asking, why there are no charts for Sonic 3D Blast's Special Stages? Any reason for this? Thanks.

Without Saturn emulation, creating a backlog of saves for the PC version, and having a PC old enough to run the PC version (Expert Software programs dislike new PCs in general), 14 of the 28 special stages are a royal pain to access repeatedly.
