Man, it took me long enough. At 10:09 this morning, I beat leaf forest act 1 with all 7 special rings, and I beat the bonus stage! Yes! You'll most likely say it's easy, but it took me so long and I'm really glad I did it. The only other emerald I have is in sky canyon, so I have a long way to go.

I have 0 emeralds so far. Those 7 rings are almost impossible to find.

I used a faq on gamefaqs.com for leaf forest, but sky canyon I did all by myself :) Because I can't link directly to the faq without u getting an error message, here's the faq I used: http:/db.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/file/sonic_advance_2_rings.txt Copy, paste, and enjoy your chaos emeralds. You'll need to add 1 extra slash after http: because If I linked to it directly, as mentioned earlier, u would get an error message after a few views.

I have 5 Chaos Emeralds with Knuckles, 4 with Tails, 3 with Cream and Sonic

I got two on my own and used GameFAQs to find the rest. It was too annoying how the vast majority of the time spent beating the game was just searching for those rings.

I just got a few more emeralds :) All my characters have 3. I have issues getting emeralds as knuckles, though. Has ne1 else notice his up R attack sucks? He gains hardly any height, and after the move is up, he can hardly move to the side. Plus, his glide is very bad. Oh, and I'm going for Music Plant next: Any advice for the special stage? I had all 7 special rings, but I fell to my death.
Edit: K, I need no more advice, I have that emerald now.

I have 5 with each Char(cept amy of course). Blast the Techno Base Special Stage, and not even having taken a shot at Egg Utopia. Those last 8 emeralds are probaly the only thing that stands between me and being Sonic Advance 2 Champion.

I have 29 emeralds now, and I don't play as amy, so I don't really bother getting her emeralds. I will eventually, though.

You should. Even though the game is easy, it's still fun. It's a really good game for time attack as well. The only downside is that getting the chaos emeralds is really hard. You have to collect 7 special rings in remote locations, finish the level without dying, then enter a special stage where you have to collect 300 rings in 2 minutes, while being chased by zero, who takes 10 rings away when he attacks you. But if you use a guide, finding the rings is easy, and you get the hang of the special stages after you play the first 2-3. So yes, get this game if u have the money.

Heroes. I don't own the game, but I'd rather have a gamecube game than an advance game. Although, since you said you were going to Hawaii in another topic, a handheld game may be the better option. Either this or sonic battle, as you already own advance 1, and people say sonic battle is good, as this game is good.
